A bit of history...

I was born and raised in Trinidad where cooking became my passion at a young age. My grandmother passed her recipes to my mother, who then taught me everything I know. The Naparima Girls’ Cookbook Was always a staple in our kitchen that we coined as “The Kitchen Bible”. We followed many recipes from the original cookbook, some of which I still make regularly for my family. Now that the new version has been released, it brings me joy to see the recipes shared among my family and friends.
